1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We store this to manage your account.

Billing Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status but never store credit card numbers or payment details directly.

Instance Metadata: We store your VPS server ID, IP address, subdomain, and status for service management. We do NOT store your API keys, bot credentials, or any data processed by your OpenClaw instance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to: (a) provide and maintain the TapnClaw service; (b) process payments; (c) communicate service updates; (d) enforce our terms and policies.

3. Data on Your VPS

Your VPS instance is a dedicated server under your control. API keys, conversation data, and bot configurations stored on your VPS are your responsibility. TapnClaw does not access, monitor, or store this data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use: Google (authentication), Stripe (payments), Hetzner (VPS hosting), Cloudflare (DNS and tunneling), and Vercel (platform hosting). Each has their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion or subscription cancellation, VPS instances are terminated after a 7-day grace period. Account records are deleted within 30 days of your request.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to: access your personal data, request correction or deletion, data portability, and opt out of marketing communications. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication session management only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
