1. Third-Party Software

OpenClaw is third-party open-source software not developed, maintained, or controlled by TapnClaw. TapnClaw provides infrastructure to host OpenClaw but makes no warranties about its functionality, reliability, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose.

2. AI Behavior

AI assistants may produce inaccurate, misleading, or unexpected outputs. TapnClaw makes no guarantees about the behavior, accuracy, or reliability of your AI assistant. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI outputs before acting on them.

3. API Keys & Credentials

API keys for services like Anthropic and Telegram are stored on your VPS instance and are your responsibility. TapnClaw does not have access to your API keys and cannot be held liable for unauthorized use, charges, or breaches related to your credentials.

4. Data Responsibility

All data processed by your OpenClaw instance (conversations, files, API responses) is stored on your VPS and is your responsibility. TapnClaw does not back up, monitor, or have access to this data. You are responsible for any data backups.

5. Service Availability

TapnClaw relies on third-party infrastructure providers (Hetzner, Cloudflare). While we strive for high availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned and unplanned maintenance, outages, and infrastructure failures may occur.

6. Not Financial Advice

TapnClaw is not a financial institution, investment advisor, or broker-dealer. We do not provide investment advice, trading signals, or financial recommendations. If you configure your AI assistant for any financial purpose, you do so entirely at your own risk.

7. Assumption of Risk

By using TapnClaw, you acknowledge and accept all risks described in this disclosure. You agree that TapnClaw shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from the use of your hosted OpenClaw instance.
